Weston Common is a beautiful outdoor space in Downtown San Antonio that is available for private rental. We partner with a number of vendors to ensure you get the very best food, music, and entertainment at your event! Whether you’re planning a team function, a private party, or a small concert, Weston Common is the rental space for you.
This is your chance to host a private function for up to 500 people.
Our Special Events Coordinator will help you plan the perfect party down to the last detail. On-site parking is available in our private parking garage. We have thought of everything to make sure your next corporate event is the best yet.

What type of Private Events are permitted at Weston Common?
Corporate mixers, team building, private concerts, movie nights, and company happy hours.
Why do I need an Event Permit?
All private events need to be approved by management. After your event has been approved, a permit will be granted and guarantee your use of the space.
What is the max capacity of Weston Common?
The max capacity of Weston Common is 500 attendees. This includes any staffing needed for the event.
Are there restrooms on-site?
There are no restrooms at Weston Common. For private events, portable restrooms will need to be brought in.
Is there electricity and running water on-site?
Yes, and yes. Weston Common has both electric and water hookups that are available for private events.
Do I need security for my event?
Weston Common Management Team will determine if your event needs security based on the size and type of event.
Is there a restriction on how loud my event can be?
Yes, the limit is 70dB.
Can I serve alcohol at my event?
Yes, alcohol sales/service is allowed through approved Weston Common vendors.
What happens if I cancel my event?
If your event is canceled at least 90 days out, all funds will be returned. From there till 30 days out, half of all funds will be returned. If your event is canceled less than 30 days out, no money will be returned. We do offer a chance to reschedule without a penalty.
Rental Rates
Rental Rates include the costs to reserve Weston Common for a private event. Rental reservations are available in 3, 4, and 5 hour time frames. Our Special Events Coordinator is available to help plan and coordinate every detail of your private event.
