Chef Limburg grew up making pizzas in his grandmother’s Italian restaurant as a young teen. What began as a means to stay out of trouble grew into a passion and later a career. Working at Wolfgang Puck’s Bar and Grill in Los Angeles, a high-profile kitchen where Chef Limburg progressed from a pizza maker to Sous Chef.
