Outdoor group fitness is hard to come by in Downtown San Antonio, but we’re pleased to offer this class and three other types of group fitness classes for you to choose from each week.
Class Description:
Are you ready to run, jump, squat, and safely challenge every muscle in your body? Then our Boot Camp class is the one for you. These bodyweight classes combine short and high-intensity interval training (H.I.I.T.) to improve speed, agility, and overall performance. HIIT training is an effective tool for burning maximum calories in a short amount of time, and you’ll enjoy the benefits of a boosted metabolism for hours after exercise is complete.
*We encourage you to bring your own yoga mat but we have custom Weston Common mats for sale in case you forget yours!
Click on the “tickets” tab and you’ll be redirected to our MindBody portal where you can book your class. Then, all that’s left to do is show up, work hard, and have fun at your class!
*Free Parking is available in the Weston Centre parking garage. Please enter the garage through Soledad Street and drive up toward visitor parking.
